I. Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 30 days, without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yepoda GmbH - hi@yepoda.com) in a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do this you may – but are not obliged to – use the sample withdrawal form below.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you submit your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
II. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, then we must refund you for any payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive notification from you of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you we will use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund.
We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 30-day period.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods if you return the goods with the return labels offered by us. In all other cases you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if such diminished value is attributable to a handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.
