of Patagonia. We deeply identify with their mission.
The idea is simple: «Be 1% better.» If everyone does this, together we can have a big impact.
Donation overview
Year 2020
Our first 1% for the Planet donation for the year 2020 went to One Tree Planted. Together, we planted 2.677 trees in the Amazon rainforest.
Year 2021
With our 2021 donation, we continued to plant trees with Planted and supported the Plastic Soup Foundation as a new partner. As a clean beauty brand, their fight against microplastics in cosmetics is a mission we deeply identify with.
Year 2022
As Yepoda grows – so does our positive impact! With our 2022 donation we continued to support the Plastic Soup Foundation but also donated to new amazing partners such as WWF, Viva con Agua and the Surfrider Foundation.
Year 2023
Yepoda has been giving back to the planet from the start, but pride month 2023 marked the first time, that we used our reach as a business to support a different cause close to our heart: Together with the amazing artist So Lazo, we created a Limited Pride Edition of our beloved The Mist Have. 100% of profits from this product were donated to LSVD – the biggest association for LGBTQIA+ rights in Germany.
We reached an incredible donation sum of 30.000€ to support their causes.
Our 2023 1% for the planet donation supported The Surfrider Foundation, WWF, Plastic Soup Foundation, and our newest partner, Coral Guardian.
Year 2024
With the support of our community, we made a real impact in 2024. For Pride, our limited edition The Pride Mist Have, created with artist Shanée Benjamin, raised and donated €36,000 to four LGBTQIA+ organizations across Europe: LSVD Germany, Agedo Milano, FELGBTI, and Le Refuge.
We joined the Surfrider Foundation Germany for a Berlin clean-up, collecting over 40,000 cigarette butts in just 1.5 hours.
During Pink October, our limited edition The Multi Balm – Beauty Beyond Pink raised €11,518 for Étincelle to support women affected by breast cancer.
We also donated to Fundació Horta Sud to aid communities impacted by the Valencia floods.

Year 2025
In 2025, we continued our Pride commitment with the #spraythelove campaign. Together with artist Josephine Rais, we created a bold, colorful limited edition of The Mist Have, raising €40,000 for four LGBTQIA+ organizations across Europe: LSVD in Germany, Agedo Milano in Italy, FELGBTI in Spain, and SOS Homophobie in France.
We also strengthened our environmental efforts. Partnering with the Surfrider Foundation, we organized a volunteer clean-up in Berlin and collected over 33,000 cigarette butts in just 1.5 hours.
With our 1% for the planet 2025 donation we continued to support the Plastic Soup Foundation, Surfrider Foundation Germany, Coral Guardian but also donated to new amazing partners, including Acker e.V., Fundacja Kwietna and Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus.
