Send us the product including accessories safely packed in the original box to the provided address.
We recommend to send your parcel as an insured shipment with a tracking link. Please note that we can't reimburse you for a product that gets lost in the mail due to a shipping method without insurance. Please note that we cannot reimburse you for the shipping costs of the return.
- As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will update you via e-mail about your refund request.
- Once accepted, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method you used to pay for your order.
